About the role
Money follows evidence at Maison Cealus, a private marketing house based in Poland. This remote paid social strategist job is where the evidence comes from. We work from inside a short list of businesses, which we call houses, and you run their paid social from the test plan to the weekly numbers. That is closer to the work than most paid social strategist jobs get.
Our Valeron case study shows the kind of work we mean. We tested formats for this SaaS company, doubled down on the best ones and ran them as ads. Valeron went from $0 to $16K a month in under two months. The role sits in Line III, Strategy, and works closely with Line IV, Residence, our day-to-day line.
What you will do
- Plan and run paid social for each house on Meta and TikTok, and on YouTube where it fits, from account structure to daily pacing.
- Set up a creative testing framework for each account: a written hypothesis, a fixed spend and a decision rule before any test runs.
- Test audiences and offers as well as creative, one change at a time.
- Read results without overfitting. Agree on the metric in advance, call close results a tie and retest a winner before you scale it.
- Scale winners in steps, keep part of each week's budget for new tests and switch ads off as they tire.
- Write the weekly numbers for each founder in plain English: what was spent, what it returned, what changed and what comes next.
- Work with the editors and writers on what to make next, turning results into short briefs for new formats, hooks and offers.
- Bring organic winners from Residence into paid tests. A format that already holds strangers for free has earned a budget.
What you bring
- 4+ years running paid social with meaningful monthly budgets, whether your title was paid social manager, paid media strategist or senior media buyer.
- Hands-on command of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, plus working knowledge of YouTube ads in Google Ads.
- A testing method you can explain, down to how you decide a result is real.
- Comfort with numbers and their limits. You know where platform reporting and the bank account disagree, and which one to trust.
- Creative judgment. You can watch an ad, say why the first second holds or loses people and brief an editor on what to change.
- Clear writing. You can explain a week of spend to a founder in five sentences.
- Links to ads and accounts you ran, with results you can walk us through.
- Discretion. The revenue and spend figures you see inside a business go no further.
Nice to have
- Experience in a remote paid social strategist job, where you learned to write things down so decisions do not wait for a call.
- Working knowledge of tracking: the Meta pixel and Conversions API, the TikTok pixel and clean UTMs.
- Experience with SaaS or founder-led brands, where the founder is often the strongest ad.
- Enough editing in CapCut or Premiere Pro to cut a quick hook test yourself when it saves a day.
Pay and how we work
We put the paid social strategist salary range in the listing so you can decide quickly whether to apply. Work here is judged every week on what it did, and we want people who want to know the answer.
- Base salary: $95,000–$130,000 USD a year
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- The house is based in Europe, so some calls fall early in the US day
- This is a good-faith range for the role, and the offer depends on experience
How to apply
Apply with the form on this page. Send links to two or three accounts you ran, each with a short note: the rough monthly budget, what you tested, what you scaled and what you would change. Leave out anything a client would not want shared. Add a few lines on why you want this role.
We read every application and reply if there is a fit. The role is open until January 31, 2027. Two pages are worth reading first: our creative testing framework for small budgets, which is close to how this role works, and the case studies from the houses we work with.
